Why print your images? What's so great about wall art and albums? Can I just have the digitals?
There is nothing better than seeing the faces of your loved ones throughout your home on a daily basis. Whether family, children, parents, or friends.
Seeing their faces every day, particularly in a time where getting together is not always feasible, keeps them close to the forefront of our minds and makes us feel closer. Commutes, distance, schedules, children and their activities all impact our ability to spend time with some of our most important people.
Let me tell you a little bit about me. I moved around a lot as a child. A LOT. Mostly in the same area until high school. Then I moved across the state. Then one day I decided to move from north to south, from Pennsylvania to Georgia. Guess what? In my bedroom, after I moved from Johnstown to Ephrata, I had pictures of my friends all over my room. And then when I went to college, I had pictures of more friends added to the mix. When I moved to Georgia, I had old school collage frames with images of all my favorite friends and family. One was a gift from my brother before I moved.
And added to those was a bookshelf in my entry way (made by my dad) filled with framed images.... my mom, my dad, my brother, my brother and my niece, my friends. It made me feel closer to each of them and kept them at the forefront of my mind.
An image from our wedding hangs in our home reminding me of a very special day. And I still have framed images of those who I love and am far away from.
Printed images and albums? I realize technology has changed the way many view images, but trust me when I tell you, it is worth it to print and frame your memories. There is nothing like flipping through albums and seeing beautiful faces on your wall.
Technology fails. Hard drives crash. Thumb drives get lost. Let me help you preserve your images with physical products that you can treasure, enjoy, and pass on as family heirlooms.
My full-service boutique style allows me to guide you through the entire process. We discuss your vision and expectations and then we bring those to life at your portrait session. Then we design and order your wall art and albums that you will treasure for many years. I help you take the guess work out of what to do with your images and even better, I handle all of it, so you don't have to.
